One question. Asked to the buyer. After every call.
"Was the property real and available as advertised?" Yes or No. That is the entire system.
کیا یہ گھر واقعی موجود اور دستیاب تھا؟
Tap to call, through Aytebar
You see a listing and tap Call. Your phone dials the seller. That is how Aytebar knows who spoke to whom, about which house. Nobody types anything.
One question, in the app
Come back to Aytebar and the question is already waiting. Yes or No, one tap, two seconds. Install the app and it arrives as a notification you can answer without opening anything.
Fakes vanish. Honest agents rise.
Two No answers from different callers and the ad is removed. Every agent's real score is public, and search is sorted by it. Not by who paid.
What if someone taps No on purpose?
One No never hides anything. It flags the listing quietly, and the next two callers get the same question. If they say Yes, the No is discarded. Majority of real callers decides, never one person.
You can only vote on a listing you actually called, once. To sabotage an agent with 40 listings, a rival must call all 40 from one phone and tap No on each. That pattern is trivial to spot.
A voter who keeps disagreeing with everyone else stops counting. If your answers are consistently overruled by other callers, your votes are silently weighted to zero. You are never told.
The score is relative, not absolute. Every honest agent collects a few Nos from cranky buyers. A malicious handful moves nobody's ranking.
Free layers that cost the seller nothing
Confirmed real by a buyer 2 days ago. Every listing shows its freshest proof of life, and it comes from a buyer, not the seller.
Price check. A listing far below the going rate for its area gets a label. Bait ads are almost always priced too low.
Also listed by 3 others. The same plot under several agents is shown for what it is.
Still available? Sellers confirm every 14 days with one tap, or the listing fades and then disappears.
Silence rule. Ten calls and not a single Yes, and the listing hides on its own.
Trust sorts the page. Featured spots are free and go to agents above 90%. Nobody can buy the top of the page.
Money never touches the ranking.
Buyers are free forever. A basic listing is free forever. Search order cannot be bought at any price. The only way to the top of the page is to tell the truth.
